Hi. My name is JDH Kaensen. Born and bred Northern California, I am budding film writer, attempting to get my act together. I don’t direct, I don’t act, I write. Pure and simple. It’s what I love to do and what I would love to do. I’m currently working on multiple scripts (features and shorts) and looking for people to make movies with.

A little bit more about me:

I grew up around a father who loved sci fi and fantasy movies of every kind. From Star Wars to The Last Starfighter and everything Star Trek, especially Next Gen, I have a deep love for the future and what it can bring. My main focus is the concept of becoming an adult and what that really means for us today. None of us have everything figured out, but it’s the journey to get there, the trying part, that makes life worth living. My characters don’t have it all together but they represent that need for personal evolution that lies within us all.
